I'm So Slick
While I was in the company kitchen getting tea, I walked over to get half & half out of the fridge, and one of the accountants diplomatically told me I had a sticker on the back of my pants, so I looked down and I still had the big rectangular sticker listing the size of my new jeans that The Girl bought for me last night.
So I said, "Thank you! Can you tell I have new pants on today? And you're the only person who bothered to let me know!"
But the sticker didn't come off cleanly, so now I've got these bits of sticky white stuff. Perhaps it was because it was on the back of my leg, so I had been sitting on it on my drive in and at my desk, so I warmed it up a bit.
I'm a smooth operator.
