My First Training Blister
Middle Sister and I went out for a 3.4 mile training loop today, and en route I managed to pick up a lovely souvenier blister. Biggest Sister developed a couple of these on the Avon Walk itself last year, but I had gotten through the season unscathed. The culprit was an overworn pair of sneakers. I tend to wear them past the usability date, but these are now being retired. Click on the photo to see the sneakers and more details.
